Enrollment Process

Step 1: Start by filling out our Interest Form.

Step 2: Attend Our Open House Info Session (Date Coming Soon) or Schedule a Call
We want to meet you! This is your chance to ask questions, see the space, and learn more about how Pilgrim Way works.

Step 3: Complete the Application
Following your visit or call, we’ll provide a full application form. This includes your agreement with our Statement of Faith and Collaborative Commitment to sign and date.

Step 4: Submit Enrollment Fee
Once accepted, you’ll secure your child’s place with the non-refundable enrollment and curriculum fees.

Tuition & Fees (2025–2026 School Year)

Application & Enrollment Fee: $150
– Due at the time of application submission
– Non-refundable and secures your application review

​

Curriculum Fee: $500
– Due by August 1, 2025
– Covers all curriculum materials and learning resources
– Non-refundable

​

Tuition: $4,000 annually (per student)
– Split into two payments:
 • $2,000 due August 1, 2025
 • $2,000 due November 21, 2025
– Tuition is non-refundable

Additional Notes

• We base teacher salaries and expenses on yearly tuition commitments. Because of this, no tuition refunds are issued for withdrawals, regardless of reason.

• In cases of extreme hardship (e.g., major medical emergency, military relocation), families may submit a written appeal, but refunds are not guaranteed.
